We recommend advising your house cleaner about your priorities and expectations for the cleaning service, along with any instructions regarding pets, keys, alarms, or any other specific issues related to your home. It is also greatly appreciated when clients organize personal objects beforehand, such as toys, clothes, make-up, books, etc…

Our regular cleaning service is designed to address the essential areas of your home regularly. We take pride in providing a comprehensive and thorough cleaning experience. Here’s what our basic cleaning service typically includes:

Common Areas:

Dusting all accessible surfaces, including furniture tops, baseboards, chair rails, tables, and door panels.
Vacuuming carpets and sweeping/vacuuming floors. Dry or wet mopping may be done if the floor is not carpeted.
A light dusting of blinds.
Dusting furniture, including picture frames, lampshades, and lamps.
Cleaning and dusting mirrors and glass fixtures.
Dusting light switches, TV screens, and other glass fixtures (excluding the screens).
Emptying all trash and taking out garbage and recycling.

Bathroom:

Cleaning and disinfecting all accessible surfaces.
Cleaning spots on cabinet doors and handles.
Cleaning and disinfecting showers/tubs, including hair removal.
Cleaning and disinfecting toilets inside and out.
Cleaning and disinfecting doorknobs and switch plates.
Wiping all fixtures.
Cleaning sinks and wiping all faucets.
Sweeping and damp mopping the floor.
Cleaning mildew and grout areas that can be safely removed.

Kitchen:

Cleaning and disinfecting countertops.
Cleaning and disinfecting doorknobs and switch plates.
Wiping all appliances (exterior only).
Cleaning and disinfecting the kitchen table and countertop.
Dusting the top of the refrigerator.
Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping floors.
Loading and running the dishwasher (one load only) or emptying the dishwasher upon request.
Washing one day’s worth of dishes.

Bedroom:

Dusting furniture in accessible areas.
Vacuuming and mopping (non-carpeted floors).
Changing sheers upon request (please leave them out on top of the bed).
Making beds upon request.
These tasks are typically included in a regular house cleaning service to ensure a clean and well-maintained living space.

A deep house cleaning involves a thorough and meticulous approach to cleaning your entire home. In addition to the tasks mentioned in regular house cleaning, our deep cleaning service includes:

Common Areas:

Damp wiping baseboards.
Damp wiping door panels and frames.
Vacuuming upholstered furniture.
Removing cobwebs.
Cleaning under the couch and other reachable furniture.
Cleaning interior windows and windowsills within reach.

Bathroom:

Scrubbing showers and tubs.
Scrubbing bathroom tiles.
Scrubbing the sink.
Kitchen:

Cleaning spots from cabinet doors and handles.
Scrubbing kitchen floors.
Cleaning inside the microwave.
Cleaning inside the toaster oven.

Bedroom:

Cleaning under the beds within reach.
These additional tasks are part of our deep house cleaning (deluxe) service to provide a thorough and comprehensive cleaning of your home. By addressing these areas and items, we aim to ensure a deep and refreshed living space for you.

Post-construction cleaning goes through 3 phases:

Phase 1: Rough cleaning

Clean-up of large items such as trash, debris, objects, and leftover material. Once that is done an overall sweeping takes place, removing intense dust and all stickers of glass, counters, and metals.

Phase 2: Light cleaning

This most intensive part of the cleaning is an intense wipe down, top to bottom, windows, walls, cabinets, light fixtures, surfaces, counters, and lastly the floors.

Phase 3: Final Cleaning

This phase of the cleaning must happen 2 days after the light cleaning because it allows the chance for the micro dust to settle. It is a fairly quick clean-up where cleaners are instructed to look out for smudges, fingerprints, dust corners, and any last imperfections.

Move-in and Move-out cleaning services are highly valuable and worthwhile investments.

When it comes to moving out of your home hiring our specialists for a move-out clean is crucial to ensure you receive your security deposit back and avoid extra fees due to leaving the rental property in a dirty condition.

On the other hand, our move-in cleaning service guarantees a clean and fresh start in your new place. It is a comprehensive and detailed cleaning package that goes beyond our regular and deep cleaning options(deluxe). In addition to the tasks mentioned earlier, our move-in and move-out cleaning service includes the following additional tasks:

Kitchen:

Wiping down the insides of empty cabinets and drawers in the kitchen.
Cleaning the inside of the oven to remove built-up grease and residue.
Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator, ensuring it is spotless and odor-free.

Recurring cleaning schedules are set up in advance with the same house cleaner(s).

Recurring schedules offer a mutually beneficial working relationship between house cleaners and clientes. If your house cleaner(s) is not available for any reason, our office staff will notify you and arrange for a substitute housekeeper to fill in.

For convenience, it is very common for our clients to provide a copy of the house keys. We can also provide a lockbox which can be left out for each cleaning service. Please provide our company with any lockbox or gate codes or any special instructions regarding accessing your home.

If you cannot meet your house cleaner and need to provide a house key, please get in touch with the office for assistance with a key drop-off or pick-up to be planned in advance.
